Airco Pools is a full service pool company. We offer all of the service and maintenance needed to get your pool swim-ready so you can dive in as soon as the weather permits and enjoy your pool all season long. Our service options are customized to ensure the level of service and price is right for you. Airco provides pool service and maintenance services in the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota.

Our opening services include, but are not limited to the following:

Spring:

Basic Opening: (CHEMICALS NOT INCLUDED) —

- Remove Plugs
- Install directional eyes
- Install light
- Start/Prime pump
- Blow off decking
- Clean equipment pad
- Test fire heater
- Perform complete system check

Cover Removal: —

- Remove mesh cover
- Fold cover neatly
- Screw down anchors in decking

Initial Spring Cleaning: —

- Brush tile / waterline
- Brush walls
- Vacuum (visible debris)
- Scrub skimmers
- Check and balance water

Auto Cover Cleaning: —

- Remove bin lid
- Vacuum out all leaves
- Rinse out & clear any drains
- Wash and rinse cover with natural enzymes (cleaner included)

Spring Water Chemistry: —

- Schedule us to assist you. AIRCO takes every step to make this process go fast and efficiently. (CHEMICALS NOT INCLUDED)
- To ensure safe & proper water balance

Summer:

Our thorough weekly maintenance check-ups are designed to keep your pool performing at a high level all summer long, so you can maximize enjoyment and minimize hassle. Every stop, whether inclusive or premium goes through our water balance checklist.

Our AIRCO maintenance includes, but is not limited to:

All Inclusive AIRCO maintenance: —

- This service is the best option for budgeting purposes. You never need to worry about -your fluctuating chemical costs from month to month. It’s a flat fee.
- All chemicals included, you also receive the benefits from the Premium Airco maintenance services listed below.

Premium AIRCO maintenance: —

- Vacuuming of entire pool
- Check and scrub all skimmers & clean pump basket
- Backwash sand & D.E. filters when necessary
- Rinse filter cartridges once a month
- Balance water chemistry (Chemicals not included)

Fall:

AIRCO POOLS gives you the assurance that an experienced professional properly winterizes your pool. You determine the closing date, so you can enjoy every last chance to swim that the warm weather affords.

Fall closing services include:

Winterize Pool: —

- Remove all directional eyes
- Blow antifreeze through all lines / Install plugs in all water lines
- Remove plugs from equipment
- (Up to 10 gallons Antifreeze Included)

Drain Pool: —

- We will drain the pool down to desired level for winterization.

Cover Pool: —

- Installations of Mesh or Water Baggy style winter safety cover. (WB) special rates apply

Winterize Spa: —

- Draining of water, removal of filters, blow out entire system using air.

Service Work

AIRCO POOLS strives to stay on top of all your service needs. It’s extremely important to us that your pool functions at its fullest. Upon completion of inspection if repairs are necessary, we will recommend the most cost efficient correct repair. Keeping all your pool equipment up to date and running 100% efficient is the key to a safe, clean and healthy pool. Diagnostics included but not limited to:
